The Arizona Diamondbacks are reportedly open to considering offers for third baseman Eugenio Suarez. Suarez, who is set to earn $15 million this year and will be a free agent after the season, would offer a defensive improvement over DJ LeMahieu or Oswaldo Cabrera. Additionally, Suarez has consistently performed well offensively, hitting at least 20 home runs in each of the last four seasons. Suarez would be a logical fit for the Yankees, who could potentially trade some of their young pitching prospects to the Diamondbacks.
