Barnwell noted, “It would be surprising if the Vikings gave up more draft capital to pursue Myles Garrett. The Browns, however, might prefer to add a young edge rusher like Turner to replace Garrett, rather than just receiving draft picks in a deal.” He added, “While Turner had plenty of talent ahead of him on the depth chart, the 22-year-old didn’t exactly dominate as a rookie.”
