Brandon Cisse, a defensive back from North Carolina State, has transferred to South Carolina, despite the transfer portal window being closed for new entries. Cisse, who has spent the past two seasons with the Wolfpack, recorded 38 total tackles, one interception, and two tackles for loss. He will be entering his junior year in 2025 with the Gamecocks.
A three-star recruit in the 2023 class, Cisse was ranked among the top 10 players in South Carolina. Now, he will return to his home state for the upcoming college football season with South Carolina.
