Breaking-News: Jasson Domínguez Makes HISTORY With 3-Home Run Blast — Only 1 Other Yankee Has Matched It!

Jasson Domínguez didn’t just shine on Friday night—he etched his name into Yankees history. The 22-year-old outfielder put on an unforgettable show in the Yankees’ 10-2 rout of the Athletics, smashing three home runs—two as a left-handed hitter and one from the right side.

With the performance, Domínguez became the youngest player in Yankees franchise history to hit three homers in a single game. He joins fellow rookie Ben Rice, who accomplished the same feat in 2024, as the only Yankees rookies to pull off the rare power display.

Tonight was truly special,” Domínguez said after the game. “It’s a night I’ll never forget.”

At Sacramento’s Sutter Health Park—the A’s temporary ballpark—Domínguez wowed the crowd of 12,049 with his record-setting outing. He started the fireworks with a solo homer from the left side in the third inning, followed by another bomb from the right side in the seventh. He capped off the night with a grand slam in the eighth, finishing with a staggering seven RBIs—the most by any Yankee this season.

“I kept thinking, ‘No way that just happened,’” Domínguez said about his third home run. But it absolutely did.
