MAJOR-NEWS: Giants Super Bowl 46 Champion WR Hero Shocks Fans at 37 — Still Moves Like NFL Star, Comeback Rumors Explode!

Though retired for nearly a decade, former New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks is still showing he’s got serious skills at 37. He shared a video on Father’s Day doing footwork drills at a practice facility, moving like he’s still in peak NFL form. “When your son challenges the 37-year-old you!” he joked in the caption.

While an NFL comeback at his age seems unlikely, Nicks’ athleticism remains impressive—and maybe coaching could be his next chapter.

A look back at Nicks’ Giants career: Drafted in the first round in 2009, Nicks took a bit to break out, but by 2010 he exploded with 79 catches, over 1,000 yards, and 11 touchdowns. He topped that in 2011 with 1,192 yards and 7 TDs. That season, he helped the Giants capture Super Bowl XLVI alongside fellow star Victor Cruz.

After some quieter years, Nicks left for the Colts in 2014, catching 38 passes and four touchdowns. Brief stints followed with the Titans, a return to the Giants, and a signing with the Saints, but nothing stuck. He even tried out for the XFL three years ago but wasn’t signed.

Though he never earned Pro Bowl honors, Nicks carved out a strong career and remains one of Eli Manning’s favorite targets from that Super Bowl-winning era.
