BREAKING;INJURY CRISIS: Team’s Championship Hopes in Jeopardy as Two Starters Miss Practice Ahead of Sunday’s Clash

A couple of Broncos starters missed practice on Wednesday as the team prepares for their Week 9 game against the Ravens.

Tackle Mike McGlinchey (knee) and safety P.J. Locke (thumb) were both absent from the Broncos’ first practice of the week. McGlinchey played nearly every snap in his second game back from injured reserve against the Panthers, while Locke did not participate in the Week 8 victory and sat out Thursday and Friday leading up to the Carolina game.

Defensive end Zach Allen (rest, not injury-related) and fullback Mike Burton (foot) were limited in practice, along with Delarrin Turner-Yell (knee), who returned but is still on the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Tackle Alex Palczewski (ankle) returned to full participation for the first time since his injury in Week 5; he was questionable for the Panthers game but ended up inactive. Cornerback Pat Surtain II (ankle) was also listed as a full participant.

The Broncos will provide another update on practice statuses on Thursday before finalizing game designations on Friday.
