Baltimore Orioles reliever **Andrew Kittredge** will miss the start of the 2025 season after undergoing left knee surgery. The 34-year-old right-hander had a debridement procedure performed by Dr. Leigh Ann Curl in Baltimore on Friday.
Kittredge, who signed a **$10 million, one-year deal** with the Orioles in January, posted a 2.80 ERA and one save in 74 relief appearances for the St. Louis Cardinals last season. His absence is a blow to Baltimore’s bullpen as they prepare for Opening Day.
The Orioles have not provided a specific timeline for Kittredge’s return, but his recovery will be closely monitored as the team looks to solidify its pitching staff for the upcoming season.
