Portland junior Max Mackinnon has officially committed to LSU men’s basketball, becoming the fourth addition from the transfer portal for the Tigers, as reported by ESPN’s Jonathan Givony and confirmed via Mackinnon’s social media.

The 6-foot-6, 200-pound guard earned All-West Coast Conference Second Team honors last season, posting averages of 14.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game. Known for his efficiency, Mackinnon shot an impressive 46.7% from the floor, 40.7% from beyond the arc, and 88.7% at the free-throw line.
