The Boston Bruins have signed restricted free agent forward John Farinacci to a one-year, two-way deal, the team announced Tuesday.
The contract is valued at $775,000 and runs through the 2025-26 season.
Farinacci, 24, spent most of the 2024-25 campaign with the AHL’s Providence Bruins, where he played a key role. Over 58 regular-season games, he recorded 10 goals and 28 assists, totaling 38 points.
He also appeared in eight Calder Cup Playoff games, notching one goal during that stretch.

Farinacci made his NHL debut on April 15 in Boston’s final game of the season, scoring a goal on his lone shot. Originally selected by the Arizona Coyotes in the third round of the 2019 NHL Draft, his rights eventually expired, allowing the Bruins to sign him to a two-year entry-level deal in 2023. After a solid first pro season and scoring in his NHL debut, the promising two-way forward could be in the mix for a full-time roster spot next season.
