Several standout players from Mizzou are aiming to make their mark in the NFL after concluding their college careers. At the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, multiple Tigers turned heads with their performances in front of scouts and team executives.

Quarterback Brady Cook, one of the most successful players in Mizzou history, delivered an impressive showing. He led all quarterbacks with a 37-inch vertical jump, a 10’7″ broad jump, and a 4.59-second 40-yard dash. While it’s unclear how these results will impact his draft stock, Cook’s athleticism is sure to catch the attention of NFL teams. Wide receiver Luther Burden III also made waves, posting a solid 4.41-second 40-yard dash, though it wasn’t among the fastest times for his position.
However, offensive lineman Armand Membou might have been the most impressive Tiger at the combine. He topped all offensive linemen with a 9’7″ broad jump and ranked near the top in nearly every drill for his position. Membou earned a 94 athleticism score from the NFL’s Next Gen Stats, the highest among all offensive tackles at this year’s combine.
All three Tigers—Cook, Burden, and Membou—were named to the NFL’s All-Combine offensive team. While this doesn’t guarantee they’ll be high draft picks, it highlights the strong conditioning program under head coach Eli Drinkwitz and sets a positive tone as they head into the pre-draft process.
