The New York Giants are bolstering their wide receiver depth by signing former Denver Broncos WR Lil’Jordan Humphrey to a one-year contract, as reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Humphrey, known for his impressive size and physicality, is a standout with his 6-foot-4, 225-pound frame, which makes him a significant presence in the passing game. After going undrafted in 2019, the Texas product started his NFL journey with the New Orleans Saints, where he played from 2019 to 2021. He then spent time with the New England Patriots in 2022 and the Denver Broncos from 2023 to 2024.

During the 2024 season, Humphrey had his most productive year yet, setting career highs with 31 receptions, 293 yards, and one touchdown. Over his seven-year NFL career, Humphrey has accumulated 770 receiving yards and seven touchdowns, showcasing his consistent ability to contribute when given the opportunity.
While the Giants have primarily focused on strengthening their defense this offseason, the addition of Humphrey provides much-needed depth to their receiving corps. This move ensures that the Giants have more options in their offense, giving them a versatile and powerful target to complement their existing playmakers.
